Task 3- Mind mapping

Mind map for music video ideas

-        I participated in a mind mapping session to write down ideas for a music video.

-        I had ideas for different types of genres to create a wide range of ideas to choose from.

-        In this short session I came up with various ideas and analysed them to help decide which ones would work better as opposed to others.

-        I ranked each idea in ascending order to decide which ideas I felt were best and which may not be as effective.

-        In addition, I asked other peer’s views on my ideas as I am working alone so other peoples view would be valid to help me with deciding which ideas best.

-        Once I had selected which ideas I felt were the best I was able to expand on them further and start to think about the setting and casting of the roles.

-        By doing this mind map session I was able to see all my brief ideas collectively to see which were stronger. The session helped to organise my ideas and see maybe whether one idea could be combined to another.
